Records of a consortium formed to develop a comprehensive competency-based nursing curriculum, Members were the 916 Area Vocational Technical Institute (White Bear Lake), St. Paul Technical Vocational Institute (St. Paul), Dakota County Area Vocational Technical Institute (Rosemount), Anoka Vocational Technical Institute (Anoka), Lakewood Community College (White Bear Lake), Inver Hills Community College (Inver Grove Heights), and Metropolitan State University.

Includes executive committee and staff meeting minutes, correspondence, resource materials, and subject fil9s covering the baccalaureate nursing program, competency, curriculum program management, the State Board of Control, and task forces and staff.

Before 2016, this collection belonged to the Minnesota Historical Society (MNHS), which accepted stewardship for the materials when Metropolitan State University did not have a physical campus.
